3-17-2020You will not find any better customer service. I took a chance and submitted a concern relative to an issue with one of the cartridges (3/20). I received a reply the next morning, one and a half years after the purchase date. They were very prompt and replaced the cartridge without question. I will continue purchase from this company.Following the initial installation, performance was very good. After about a month of use the black printing remained consistent, but the color printing is fair and poor on some occasions. Print closer to the edge is lighter than print in the middle, the color is not consistent across the page with some streaking.

Our HP printer was running low on ink & we found these. They are a great value vs. HP branded ink. Super easy to install (just like the HP branded ink we bought previously). Printouts look just as good as the branded product. Seems to last a long time. Very glad we found this product, as we will reorder when we run low.

These inks work perfectly in my HP M252dw. I installed them without incident and my printer instantly recognized them. I have been using two of the four cartridges for months now and am close to replacing the magenta cartridge soon. The print quality is excellent. I highly recommend purchasing them.Updated 3/7/2022 - the toner is still performing well in my printer with no incidence.Updated 7/25/2023 - I had to drop a star. This year there is yellowing and fading with the prints. I've had this issue all year. When I print reports from the printer, they come out decently with some fading. But any printing from the computer or mobile device, there is degradation and yellowing. You can see the difference with the balloon printed with HP inks and the GPC inks in 2021. The yellowing was starting but is very pronounced now. I printed the balloon again today 7/25/2023 and black toner prints great, but the color toner cartridges are all degraded.So, I can't print anything that I want to preserve like for my scrapbooks, die cutting or book binding, nor flyers. It is disheartening, because as you can see from the images there is quite a bit of toner left. I guess it degrades after some time, given I installed them in 2018. So, I may go back to HP toner.

A bit more pricier than the first time, and that could be normal, but overall these cartridges are solid and keep my HP LaserJet Pro M252dw a happy camper. No loose ink or leaking on either of my orders. I use my machine regularly averaging maybe 10 to 20 pages a day so the chance that I'd have printing problems is always on my mind. But there's no doubt that this is a good printer too. The cartridges are different than the first set, but that's no big deal as long as they perform well, which they do. I have had some bad experiences with inkjets compatibles in the past, but for my first laser color printer everything is great. Highly recommended.

This set of toner cartridges had decent reviews and was even a featured item. Despite my better judgement, I took the bait. I wish I could give it zero stars, or negative stars, as this is the worst product I've ever purchased.I installed the black cartridge and printed a test page which came out totally black. I removed the cartridge, checked it for damage, and reinstalled only to get another completely black page. I removed the cartridge and reinstalled my old black cartridge. When I printed a test page, it has black toner all over it from the excess black toner that has now contaminated my previously perfectly good color cartridges.The seller should replace my entire set of toner cartridges with a proper OEM set since their product has ruined my color cartridges.

Been using alternative toner cartridges for my HP Laser Jet printers for years, after the last ones I had which didn't seem to last as well as the others I have bought over the years I decided on GPC. First of all, Price is excellent but the product itself was sturdy and well packaged. Install was very easy and the print is HP quality for sure. I am very happy with this product and will buy from GPC again. Thanks

I have had problems with non HP toner in the past but the cost difference was enough for me to try GPC. I received the package yesterday and opened the box. The cartridges were boxed and wrapped as I would expect from HP. Installation was the same as I would do with HP. I did open the toner drawer and unplug the printer as I changed the cartridges then plugged it back in when I finished. Once powered up, I closed the drawer and the display came up that they were not HP. I clicked the check mark and the printer accepted the toner. The print quality seems to be identical to HP. I wont know if the lifetime is the same, I'll post an update if they fail prematurely. All in all, I am very pleased with GPC!

12/1/2018 -I downgraded the original review below from 5 to 3 stars. Reason is that the yellow is leaking a little on the print out. Not too bad, but little lines of yellow are appearing. Originally I hadn't replaced the yellow and magenta because they were not empty yet, but then replaced them later and that is when I saw the yellow streaks on the paper. Magenta was fine.This product is great for the money. It was $60 for all four cartridges (3 color and 1 back). The OEM ones from HP were over $300 for the sames ones. I was a bit skeptical at first but figured it was worth a shot. The cartridges came well packaged and were easy to install. The printer did show a warning that it was not an OEM cartridge but other than that they are working great for both color and black and white printing. Bit of a warning. There is an orange drum cover which needs to be removed, an orange tab that needs to be pulled, and a black piece of paper that needs to be removed. I missed the black piece the first time I installed on one of the cartridges and it began making strange noises and not printing right. I took it out and noticed that I missed removing that and it then it was fine! OEM manufacturers must be really ripping customers off if they can create equivalent cartridges at 1/5 the price .

Por el precio que paga uno la verdad no me esperaba una gran calidad, pero poco a poco ha ido perdiendo el color de manera tal que ya no es nada útil. No volveré a comprar genéricos, aún sabiendo que los originales tampoco son garantía. En mi negocio tengo una impresora parecida y hasta los originales suelen ser ya malos en su relación calidad - precio.

Colour not as vibrant as with Hp toner cartridges but for home use they are worth the savings

Always bought the original HP cartridges but I realize that I overspent in laser cartridges for years. These are way cheaper and work just as good. Nobody noticed the difference in printing speed nor quality.

At first it seemed this was a good deal, they started leaking, I complained with the seller and they said I was over the amount of days to get a return, toner is something you stock up, buyer beware
