I am somewhat below thr recommended age for these but due to some ongoing health issues I wanted to give them a try.The tablets themselves are not small but not difficult to swallow. They don't have a particularly pleasant smell but not bad enough to put you off either.Do they work? Who knows, at least until I have more clinical tests. They don't seem to be doing any harm though and as a man it's a price I'm willing to pay for the chance of them helping

Using these as preventative rather than treatment - I know as a man of a certain age it's important to me Ake care if your health. I have used most of them now with no I'll effects.
