Great Quality
Great quality with beautiful finish. Looks amazing with my dark stainless-steel sink and coordinates well with hardware throughout my kitchen. Very pleased with water pressure, hose feature, and handle comfort. The sprayer at the push of a button has great strength that makes cleaning off the dishes, pots and pans a breeze! The faucet head pulls down so easy....it could auto retract a little smoother on its own...

Excellent Faucet, Looks Awesome
Easy to install, good build quality, great value for the money. The water flows way better than the old tap. It looks amazing on our sink. The spray function is powerful enough to rinse debris into the drain.

Nice and robust
I am writing this review after 2 months of use. This tap is really good and easy to use. Pull down feature really helps you to conveniently use it 369degrees.

Defective pull out mechanism. No way to contact the seller.
The media could not be loaded. Pull out not working properly. It doesn't fit back to the spout magnetically as shown in the product video.The pull out doesn't go and fit to the spout. The magnetic mechanism is not workingDidn't expect this from company like Kohler.The worst part is that yehre is no way to reach the seller directly. I think these kind of products should be bought directly from the company or dealers. From Amazon , it's difficult to contact the seller and get things rectified.And complaining here doesn't work.

Quality needs to be improved
After using it for 10 months I find this product not suitable for Indian water standards. I am told it is designed for European standards for low flow. The flow started reducing after usage and now the flow is so low that one cannot use it. After-sales service is pathetic as the company says this product is not fast moving and spares are not available.Now after 6 months the mixing cartridge is damaged and for last 2 weeks no update from company as to when they can replace the cartridge.
