Not traditional flaky salt. The texture is more consistent to Kosher salt then Flaky salt. I can still use it for a course salt but was not the traditional shape and texture of flaky salt

Great flaky sea salt! Perfect for sprinkling on top of chocolate candies!

This salt was anything BUT flaky...it's soggy and did not serve its purpose, all the grains (they dont look like flakes) were clumped together, and even after some days it was still the same way. I would NOT recommend it.
