Poor quality and too expensive
Really poor quality, only lasted 2 weeks before the zip broke. The outer material is very cheap and so is the inside foil material which serves no purpose really- will not keep food warm or cold. Cutlery is equally cheap. What a waste of money! It costs more than a standard supermarket packed lunch bag for less quality. Really disappointed as the design looked really good.

Boxes are great, bag is not. Did not survive the day without having to repair BOTH handles. Shame really because this would be a 5 star review otherwise.
