Great value and great fun. I can get at least 20 miles from the battery when not peddling. I live in Miami and use it to get to work, I don’t want to peddle and be all sweaty when I get to my destination. It easily goes 28mph and the acceleration is good.I had some problems with the bike out of the box, the seller made everything right however. They reimbursed me for some repair from my local bike shop which I appreciated. This is a great entry level e-bike!

Here I am again…. Ebike central. Covid has really helped me push myself to get out and enjoy the world. We currently have 3 e-bikes all of which are fat tire. While I absolutely love them I wanted to try getting a more street version to use around town. I stumbled across this bike. While it had limited reviews, the specs and appearance were enticing enough for me to try it and also the coupon helped haha.From unboxing to assembling it was a breeze. So easy my wife actually took care of it. She also got the phone holder and the back rack which we purchased on Amazon.We also ordered an upgrade for the seat(giddy-up Xl) because I have found that all standard seats become so uncomfortable with long rides.What I really like about this bike is the way you are actually allowed to set your pedal assist speed. You are able to choose from 1-5. On 5 I was topping out at 29 miles. Pretty fast!1-2 no full throttle but 3-5 you can throttle fully without assist. It’s good if you want to limit the strides/ speed you take while using pedal assist. Neat function!The interface is easy to use and the addition of the front headlight is perfect. The actually battery is pretty heavy and you have the option to charge in bike or remove like all e-bikes.The over quality seems great. The paint job on it is pretty attractive. The wife likes it because she said it’s not boring black. It does definitely have a street presence.So far been loving the quick rides. Waiting for the seat upgrade to arrive so we can take it out for a battery test - I’ll update on the battery life but so far extremely happy with jumping on this purchase.

Delivery Box was damaged on delivery resulting in some damage to the bike’s derailleur Called the manufacturer who ask for photos /video to diagnose the problem. They Sent the pieces over and they paid for a bike mechanic to replace and inspect. Bike rides great. Bike looks and feels awesome and has impressive speed . Great customer experience with Alice & service staff !

The bike came delivered in a box that was pretty beat up. The directions for putting the bike together were useless and I couldn't anything on-line that was helpful of specific to this bike. I managed to put the bike together and charged the battery. I was ready to charge to go for a ride when I discovered the handle bar steering mechanism was loose and dangerous. I have spent hours trying to repair them to no avail. I'm no stranger to bike repair and my neighber, who worked in a bike shop for several years couldn't fix them either. Of course there is no on line instructions or anyone to call. I will take it to a bike shop but I'm not optimistic either and it will probably cost me $100 buck to find out that the steering mechanism is defective. I also have to pay for the return. Buyer beware with this bike.

It was a great bike

The media could not be loaded.  This bike is excellent for the price. I've had it up to 26.71 mph. It was shipped to me quickly and even though FedEx roughed the box up the bike was packed so well with protection padding it arrived without a scratch. It went together easily and there is a good assembly video for this bike. Everything works perfectly. I'm hoping to get fenders from the seller to jazz it up some. I see they carry them.

Brought this bike back in Feb 2023. Charged it once. Fast forward to July, only used 40% of battery. I can get up to 27 mpg which is great.Build quality is exceptional, love my bike and made it a great purchase!

I recently purchased this bike off Amazon. At first glance I was pleased, however after a short time of riding the bike I immediately noticed poor quality. This bike has the looks, but lacks any true quality. On day two the motor actually started grinding and would not operate so I limped it back to my house. Once home I inspected it and could not find any visual damage, but could physically hear internal damage. I reported this to the manufacturer and they requested I take a picture and video of the problem and send it to them before they could determine what to do. THIS BIKE WAS 2 DAYS OLD! I felt that this was an unacceptable response and asked them to send me a shipping label to return. Indeed they did, however the shipping return was going to cost $270.00 to return on a $899.00 bike, again ridiculous! I’m still in the process of trying to figure this out by getting my full refund and ship it back without any cost for a poorly made and defective product! HELP PLEASE! Amazon should not allow this company to use its service!
