Bought this to clean my suede new balance after a wet country side walk. Mud was crusted onto shoe front. Used this and the brush and the dirt came off and looks new again. Not 100% the same feel as before but still soft. Suede is such an awkward material I wouldn’t necessarily fault the product

I didn't think it would work on my light beige Hotter trainers. They had got rather dirty, I was about to bin them. But this Suede Cleaner has worked a miracle. They've cleaned up beautifully.It's value for money, they include a quality brush and a lint free cloth. I have enough cleaning fluid over for cleaning another pair of shoes.

It was easy to use, I followed instructions on the bottle, cleaned my cream coloured suede shoes as directed left for 24hrs to dry and noticed it doesn’t exactly clean them completely, but better than they were, even after I brushed them when dry.The shoes got dirty because it rained and the pavements I walked on were a bit muddy and they got splashed.which left the toes dirty. I did try to brush off the dirt after I let the shoes dry first, that was when I discovered the waterproof and stain resistant spray failed to work in the first place, very disappointing on both aspects.

It cleaned my doc martins so well, I’d buy again

Didn’t solve the problem as it turned out the shoe was a different colour where I had cleaned it.Probably my fault as it wasn’t supposed to be used for spot cleaning.

Do not buy this product, it does nothing but ruin your shoes. I used it on 3 pairs of suede shoes and it ruined them. The colour of the shoe has changed and the texture of the shoe is horrendous (some of it is bobbly and textured now compared to being smooth). I can’t even to wear the shoes out now they look that bad compared to the start. I honestly feel I need new ones.
