This is an absolutely indispensable product to have if you travel with your kitty. When my cat was a few months old I had the smaller version of this to bring along on airplanes. I would throw the SturdiBox and a ziplock bag of litter into my then-kitten's "go bag" and on layovers I would just pour litter into the box and take her inside a bathroom stall so the smell wouldn't offend. The SturdiBox is obviously smaller than a regular litter box but she could still get all four legs in and figure it out. Now I have this larger version and it works fine for my 9 lb cat. I wouldn't try it on a cat much larger than 9 or 10 lbs though.The material is slick so it's incredibly easy to pour out litter without bits getting stuck everywhere. When unfolded the material is stiff enough to stay put in a box shape but it is also quite easy to collapse and button in place (no struggling to remember complicated folding instructions). It is also definitely water tight. Phew! Finally, it's easy to clean. Seriously, you won't find a collapsible litterbox option that's easier than this. You could use those disposable ones but they're a) unwieldy to pack and b) environmentally unfriendly.

So nice to travel this litter box with us. It folds up nicely and fits in the travel bag. I just use a gallon Ziploc bag full of litter and found the family bathrooms in the airport. My kitten has used it to go the bathroom, I got the large and it's a perfect size.I also use it in her playpen for when we travel and I keep it at home in her playpen for a second litter box so that she is used to it. It's worked out great!

Great portable litter box while traveling with our cat. It's not super lightweight, but folds up and down so easy. Wish I could find the right size bag to line it with though (for quick cleanup while at the airport, etc). We just brought little baggies of litter and some larger litter pan liners, but it'd be easier (and less plastic waste) to find ones that fit just right. Easy to set up in a large bathroom stall for the cat.

Have been using Sturdi Products for over 5 years and have nothing but positive experience. High Quality and easy to clean and pack away. This foldable box was Perfect for what we needed it for....had no idea it was as water proof as it is (can be used to hold water too) and machine washable! Plan to use with our other Sturdi Products for an upcoming cat show. Also don't forget, some people use this for organizing cubes!

They really are much smaller than I expected but it should serve its purpose as an emergency box for my cats.

Got this for an emergency bag for the cat, along with some light weight litter. Works great and folds very small.

It's a bit small to be practical for an adult cat.

Amazing product. Very efficient for "on the go" traveling with pets.
