I have had 2 lumbar spinal surgeries due to an accident 24 years ago. The 2nd surgery my orthopedic surgeon had to replace every disk, put pins and titanium rods in...YEAH...NOT! I learned a year and half ago that I now need surgery on my thoracic spine, I am missing 5 disks, no they are not herniated but completely GONE! I also have 1 herniated disk in my cervical spine.After the 2nd lumbar surgery 9 years ago the pain is back. What the surgeons forget to tell you is that most of the time everything needs replacing anywhere from 7-12 years. WHY WOULD I WANT TWO MORE SURGERIES ALONG WITH A REDO OF MY LUMBAR????? I DON'T!!!I set out here on Amazon to find a good supportive brace that would help with my excruciating daily pain. The pain was so bad it kept me from doing most everything I love doing, including playing with my granddaughter who was only 6 months old when my back gave out AGAIN.I am also unable to do many things around the house such loading the dishwasher, most cleaning, and especially laundry because we have front loading machines. The bending over will put me on the heating pad for a day! Our front loaders are about 8 years old (?) and made by Samsung who neglected to make matching pedestals for them. My husband has checked everywhere to no avail in finding them.I cannot even remember how many braces I have bought off of here in the last year with most being returned because none of them helped, until this one. This brace has been a lifesaver for me! Do yourself a favor if you have any kind of back/spinal pain buy this brace you will not regret it!A plus is it also helps with your posture which can cause mild to moderate back or shoulder pain along with headaches caused by leaning your head/shoulders forward to stare at a computer 8+ hours a day. You won't be able to lean your head or shoulder over a computer if you adjust this brace properly.

Brought for a female friend. She was complaining about lower back pain two weeks ago. She did not ask me to buy it. I just did it because I know that the back brace would help support her back with the job she in currently. I know the back brace is great because she has not complain about back pain for about a week. Great product! Can't give 5 Stars because i'm not wearing to product.

Didn't notice much if a difference. I work in a stock room, lifting heavy boxes and such. My torso is fairly short so it was also a bit larger than I'd prefer.

After so many years of wearing a back brace that I received from the VA this is more comfortable, thank you 🙏🏽

What a difference in my posture. It is so comfortable, you can even sleep in it, but wearing it keeps you upright and helps prevent slumping whether sitting or standing.
