Several years ago when I was living in bustling New York City with a house full of international people, one of my Italian roommates had returned from Italy with olive oil he smuggled over in a plastic water bottle. I can’t explain how much joy finding this olive oil has brought me. It’s been a hit at dinner parties and a lot of my friends are having that same “oh wow”, moment I had all those years ago.
