This kettle is a must have for mom’s that have a newborn baby. It keeps the water temperature on certain level. Baby will always have a warm milk ready. It also doesn’t take so much space on the kitchen counter. Can boil water very quickly as well. only issue is the residue at the bottom of the kettle, just need to use vinegar every other day to clean it well.

I wish i had this with my first child. This is so convenient i just pour water for the day and boil it then set to a warm temp of 98 and its always warm and ready for a bottle . Only bad thing is that my baby is going to get used to the perfect temperature milk and when we go out it will be hard to give her the same . If only this company had a portable water warmwe

I purchased this product after using the sterilizer from the same company and being very happy with it. After only a week of using the kettle, it accidentally fell off the drying rack and shattered. I contacted Hauture’s customer service and explained what happened. They responded promptly and offered to replaced for free! Very pleased with this product and company!

You can’t see all the details in these 2 photos. But the pitcher was dirty all the way around, had some brown goopy stuff on it, and white deposits on the inside bottle around the metal. The base was very dirty and the front where the buttons/knob are was very dirty too and broken. None of the buttons worked and dial didn't work either. It was taped with scotch tape to hold it together. It only turned off and on. This is so disappointing to have received this in this condition. I immediately processed a replacement, but obviously have to wait longer now. These middle of the night feedings waiting on a traditional bottle warmer are brutal. I just hope the next one is in better condition.
