My business partner loves it. But would have the illumimated keys, which seem to be on most lap tops these days. Otherwise excellent purchase. A plus was rapid delivery, because his old laptop was in bad shape. We really needed this replacement

This laptop says it comes with windows 11 premium, but infact it only come with windows 11 home.I was disappointed to say the least.

Defective straight out of the box
Very disappointed in this laptop. It was defective the moment I took it out of the box. After two hours of trying to set it up, it would freeze, then reboot. Upon reboot it would again freeze and reboot. After several reboots it gave me a Windows error message and asked how I would like to recover. After recovering and rebooting, the wifi wouldn't even connect/work, despite every other wireless device in my house working just fine. After contacting tech support it was determined the Laptop is defective.I have a difficult time understanding when this kind of thing happens within the first year. Imagine how much more disappointing a tech device is when it can't even make it 24 hours. I'll be returning for a refund and buying a laptop from a competitor.

Bad MS Surface Laptop Pro 5
The Microsoft Surface Pro Laptop 5 was great for 3 days! I loaded the Microsoft Office package and started transferring files. Everything was going great until the machine REQUIRED an update to be processed. Now, I'm stuck on a blue screen, no Tech Support or uninstall was able to fix it. After about 30 restarts that kept taking me back to the blue screen, I'm returning this item that obviously has a bad storage disk or bad sections. What a shame...I spent time and money getting this new computer setup, and I'm very disappointed with the quality. Not sure I will try another...maybe time to try a Mac book?
