I have found and my backpacking buddies agree that these are "bite them for a burst of energy and flavor" treats. No fiddling with powders and flavor left in your water bottle, these are easy to carry and have at hand, and pop into your mouth to chew while walking along. We definitely feel refreshed and energized for the miles ahead. Reminiscent of Sweet Tarts, the Mixed Berry and Lemon Lime have good, refreshing flavor, and we believe real impact, allowing us to continue on.

Taste good and work well. Really helped on my longer runs and cycling. Easy way to get electrolytes in.

Before and during workouts I take these for electrolyte replenishment. They are amazing. They work quickly and help so much. You still must hydrate with them but they help restore balance quickly. The texture is like a candy and they taste great and dissolve easily. They are not too pricey.

These actually taste pretty darn good. There is of course a very strong salt taste after the initial flavor, but that's to be expected from a product called SaltStick. I prefer these chewable tabs over something I have to mix in water. I can very quickly chew 2 of these and be golden. You can also leave them in your mouth and suck on them. And the salty aftertaste encourages you to drink anyway!

Taste was pretty good. These are a great replacement for a liquid IV for hydration. Slightly chalky texture for me, but my husband thought they were good. Did not address any pain relief or provide extra energy. Good value.

These work great! I like the flavors - just don’t chew them!

After really long runs, these help me not cramp in the car on the way home from the woods. I prefer the small ziplocks to keep in my vest. Kudos.

I really like the sampler pack and different flavors. I like the small resealable pouches that I can take them on hikes and just throw them in my bag.
