Strong scent… nice soak
Love a bit of Epsom salts for a long soak and dr teals have some good options, the scent can be a bit overpowering and I tend to mix it with plain magnesium flakes

Smells really nice =D
Honestly i have no idea if these have any real effect at all. They do smell REALLY nice! and make me feel special.I do so many things after exercises - recovery shakes, recovery tights, stretching, cool downs etc, so many variables i don't know if these make a big difference or not.What i would say is, they smell nice, i think they help - even if a placebo with my brain going "oh yeah john boy your using those lovely bath salts, me likely, lets recovery quicker"I will purchase these again - partly because i love baths and the smell and my opinion, i think they probably do help.

Favourite bath salts!
I swear by the Dr Teals bath salts and these in particular are my fav - ordered several times. Lovely smell and as I work in retail standing on my feet all day they really sooth aching muscles. I’ll always repurchase these!

Very much needed
I had a work back injury and needed to soak in the bath. This product is incredible. I literally bought 2 bags and am a regular user now. The scent is incredible and it definitely gave me the relief I needed! Impressed! Would definitely recommend!
