These are really comfy - bought as a replacement for my old insoles which fell apart ant the heel over time. I used the old insole to cut the toe to the right shape and these fit perfectly in my shoe. They feel good as new. Great support and simple to fit.

I’ve bought lots of different varieties of insoles over the years due to suffering from plantar fasciitis. These are among the best despite the fact they are also cheapest. Like all insoles they do take up quite a bit of space so I can only use them in footwear that are quite roomy.

Bought these for my husband who was starting to suffer with painful heels, and he absolutely loves them. They can be easily trimmed to size and they have cured his aching feet ( he calls the his 'shopping Feet', when I drag him clothes shopping...no excuse now though..mwah)! 😉

It is marked a size 11 and you can cut it down to smaller sizes but it is about an inch too short when put into a size 11 shoe, apart from that a nice insole.
