I take Metformin and watch my diet carefully. My A1c at last test was 6.2. But even with the meds, diet and exercise my daily blood sugar numbers are often close to or above 125. This stuff really seems to work. Although I don't take it every day, I noticed that when I do, my sugar doesn't get as high. I am going tp continue taking it with my Alpha Lipoic Acid.
