not easy to navigate thru programs
I do like product could be designed to navigate thru channels easier

You cannot install without a Google Account even though this device has nothing to do with Google.
There are NO detailed install instructions included at all. Therefore you do not know that you have to have a Google account to install/activate this device which has nothing to do whatsoever with Google. Google thinks it has the right to monitor your activity when in fact it is "None of Google's damn business!" The GUI is pathetic at best. After multiple tries to activate and finding out a Google account was REQUIRED, I boxed this device up and returned it. I would not recommend this device to anybody.

Didn't like not getting any instruction manual. Installed easily though. Performance is ok. It freezes up once in awhile. Picture quality is good. It's a good deal for free TV. Got rid of dish net.

This box is awesome great price and it do everything they say ,i be buying another one.

Not worth the money at all
It picks up great channels but honestly It's only useful if you have no streaming apps at all to watch shows. But if you do this isn't something I was reaching for at all. Sadly I'm returning it.

Rarely works.
I have two of these and they never seem to work. They don't load content, there's constantly buffering issues, they both shut off randomly and I rarely get through programming without an interruption. I've unplugged them and I've updated the software to no avail. I have no issues streaming on TV's factory installed services like Netflix, Hulu and Prime but, for whatever reason, the SuperBoxes are SUPER PROBLEMATIC. Big disappointment.
