It's always nice to have a little extra support, when you first pop the belt on relief is immediately felt. However after a little time the pressure needed becomes uncomfortable and turns into more of a hindrance then a help.Not sure if this is to do with my sensitivity or build, I'm naturally lean with minimal cushioning of fat reserves. Ether way I use it on the odd occasion for an hour or so duration before it becomes too much.The belt itself is easily adjustable, however I've noticed if you favour one side to take on/off the ware impacts the effectiveness as it becomes slightly less grippy.Can be seen under clothes. If you wear anything fitted this will 100% be visible.

Eased the pain in my pelvis massively but it's extremely itchy if it comes into contact with the skin. I wore a tshirt underneath it but if the tshirt moved and it caught me it would scratch

This was a good buy for me. I’m currently 28weeks gone and needed some extra support to help with my pelvic region pain. There was an immediate difference once I put this on. I have to say I was not exactly expecting that much relief. I definitely recommend it.

Purchased this maternity belt when I was 18 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby. Noticed after having my 2nd child that I had developed diastasis recti (inner abdominal muscle separation - 4 finger width). With exercise I was able to reduce this slightly, but still remains. I became pregnant a year and a half after my 2nd child, diastasis had not healed, and therefore the support my core needed to carry my 3rd baby wasn't there. Started to have back pain very earlier at around 18 weeks.When I received this belt, I could understand some other reviewers point on the clunkiness and having so many straps. When fitting on myself, it was straightforward and you do not need to undo every strap- except when adjusting to loosen or tighten.This belt has given so much support, I feel the difference when I take it off. Wish I could sleep in it tbh! I do not have pain when wearing it. I am able to wear it to work, and sit down for a while without it causing discomfort. It has helped significantly with my posture, reducing slouching. I do not have back pain when wearing it. It would definitely be advisable to wear over a vest top/t-shirt as would mostly likely cause friction sores and discomfort if in direct contact with your skin. It's not overly bulky, but I was wearing it under jumpers.The conclusion for me is this has been a life changer and has made this pregnancy much more comfortable. It is reasonably priced for the benefits received.I would definitely recommend this product.

25 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and have been in awful pain so far, only received today but as soon as I put it on I felt an instant relief, it's comfortable to wear and fits well. Definitely pleased with this purchase.

Arrived very quickly and product is of high quality. It is very comfortable and supportive but instructions on how to put on are not clear. A quick look on YouTube and it was very straight forward after that

Is helpful, but as the size is larger than expected so is difficult to say at this moment if help a lot as i should have it smaller- definitely is giving better comfort and relief even too large. 3 pieces makes more flexibility to needs (the back can be used alone or the over bump on it's own). Im wearing as a set and the velcro is keeping nice in placeDefinitely go for size smaller as i gonna wait for proper use couple of weeks until my bump get bigger.
