Q: will olive oil damage wood base? Looking to use it for collection of olive oil bottles

This beautiful wood base will not be damaged if the oil is wiped away. I don’t know what would happen if the oil sits on the base for a long time.

Hi Rosina, I have never weighed the Lazy Susans, nor do I recall the description stating the weight; but I can tell you that they are light-weight enough to be functional, and yet sufficiently substantial for my spice-storing needs. I have two of them.
