I have wanted to get on the acv kick for a while because of the benefits but it always makes me gag. These gummies make acv tolerable. They are about half and half sweet and tangy(kinda like a reverse sour patch) they start off sweet then you get the tang. Its not a bad flavor at all. I have only been using them for a few days so not seeing much of a change but will try to update later. Also texture wise they are amazing because they aren’t tough like most gummy supplements. These almost seem to melt in your mouth as you chew them.

These taste okay but I have seen no changes in weight, appetite, or energy and o took as directed plus I was exercising at least three to four times a week. I was hoping it would have least boost my metabolism. Maybe this just doesn’t work for womnen in their forties.

With dietary supplements, there are always a few things I like to check first before the ingredients. Those would be packaging, smell, taste, and expiration date.Beginning with the packaging, these gummies come in a clear plastic bottle. It is my understanding after research that darker, non-see-through bottles are preferable as they retain freshness. That is because the daylight cannot get through to the product. The bottle is colorful, but also very plain. As far as the smell, these gummies have a very strong smell that I would describe as a cross between cider vinegar and medication. It is not a very pleasant smell. Taste is a biggie. The gummies in this bottle are very sweet. They taste slightly of cider vinegar but more so as a tart berry. All in all, I do like the taste of these. The expiration date can be found stamped on the bottom of the bottle and the date is almost a full two years out from the date of this review.Now onto the ingredients. The main ingredient is Apple Cider Vinegar coming in at 1,000 mg which is the recommended amount to take. Apple Cider Vinegar is said to be great for weight loss in that it is supposed to curb your appetite and burn fat. However, there is no scientific evidence to back this claim up. The only thing I could find in my research says that an Apple Cider Vinegar Supplement along with a low-calorie diet may help one lose weight. The added sugars in this product may offset that benefit, however. Apple Cider Vinegar does have other benefits worth mentioning, most notably to support immunity. This product also contains other vitamins, although nothing of much significance.As far as me, I have been taking these for many days now and haven't noticed any difference. I will continue to take them as I am aware that sometimes a supplement takes a while to take effect. I feel that as long as you aren't a diabetic these won't hurt you. I also feel that if you plan on taking a product like this for weight loss you would be better off with a healthy diet and exercise. Or do that with this supplement.

While I did not see any significant changes to my appearance, I did feel pretty good inside after taking them. I chose to test these out of shear curiosity. I'm 250 and only 5'0 tall. While I can't say they were the cause of any weight loss, the way my body felt taking these did help with motivation, fatigue, and mental positivity. Definitely recommend giving them a try. At the very least, they are a really yummy gummy vitamin.

I don't know if I said these are supposed to have you lose weight or not it did not soothe me but they had a nice texture and taste to them.

One of the things I liked is that this is soft and fruity. It’s got a nice apple taste and is not too chewy. It’s a little bigger than a dime, so it’s easy to chew two at a time. As of this review, it’s only been 4 days, so I can’t comment on IF this product works, but if I do find myself losing weight, I’ll update this review.

It's exactly what I knew it would be, a total waste of money. Instead of losing weight I gained 3 lbs at the end of one bottle. The taste was pleasant and that's it, it's a joke that cost you money. I knew it wouldn't work but I thought I would try it anyway. I was hoping that maybe someday there will be a pill a drink or gummy that will help lose a little weight. But so far it's all just a scam for people to make money and give others false hope. I'll never purchase another bottle again

I used this as directed. After one month, I didn’t lose any weight !!! Disappointed !!
