I’m absolutely shocked by how bad these were i ordered them a while ago and wasn’t too impressed when I first opened them because the hardware had some light rusting but I was able to seep past that so I installed them on my bike and didn’t actually get Chance to use them until today I was cruising downhill In Richmond park and as I pressed down the lever completely snapped off leaving me with my front brake and my feet to slow myself down from around 20mph now I Understand these were cheap but and you get what you pay for but in no way was I expecting them to put my life at risk

Save your money. These are rubbish. The spring retainers do not retain the springs and the tensioners broke as soon as you try to tension the springs. Would score a "0" if allowed.

Bought the complete kit but just needed the front brake. The parts are obviously not brilliant quality but has done the job fine and my front brake is now working again.

Both brakes failed within minutes of fitting. Good job they never failed while my son was going down hill or approaching a road. Very dangerous poor quality items.

All 4 brake calipers one sided so cannot be fitted. No way of contacting seller to resolve other than writing this review. Delivered very quickly and everything else in order.

Had some scuffs and after fitting it and trying out the brakes they are slightly small on the fitting causing it to slide up a few mm and you feel a judder as they realign back in place. Not a big issue however for being standard size is under statement.

Apart from the clamp for the back break handle breaking when tightening it, it was a good buy.Edit: BMX dropped to floor and the clamp for the front break broke. The brake clamps are cheap and brittle. The V brakes section is excellent.
