I was about to to give up on my sagging neck but after using it 3 times a week for 2 weeks my neck skin is tighter and there is less fat under my chin.

Not really sure if there is a long term benefit but it works as described.

Just received product yesterday. I was SUPER excited to use this, but.....after using it last night and this morning I noticed that the charge of the battery is very minimal. You can't complete a routine on your face without the device needing to be charged and you can't use device while charging. Sad, it would be better if the battery lasted longer, at least to complete routine.

I have been using this device for over 4 months. It is easy to use and stays charged. Although I've been using this daily, I have seen very little improvement. I'm 64 and have a very wrinkly neck, so I'm giving this several more months of use before I give up. It's decently priced, and if I continue to see an improvement, it's well worth the price.

I've been using this for about a month but still not sure of any visible improvements.

Misplaced charging cord, and now I cannot charge it.. have gone to look for one but it’s irreplaceable because of the way the insert of the gadget…😱 will not buy again …throwing out 😱

I have been getting into skin care more recently, so I decided to try this out. I have noticed results in about 2 weeks. My face is firmer, and it is more contoured than normal. I like the fact that this comes with different levels of vibration so you can decide what feels right for your skin. It is so easy to hold and lightweight so it is easy to take on the go!

I recently ordered this wrinkle removing device with three different light settings and massage options and I must say, I am quite pleased with it.The directions were a bit confusing, but after reviewing them and discussing with my wife, I was able to understand how to use it properly.I especially enjoy using the green light for cleaning out my pores and relaxing my face, and I feel like it removes more debris than just washing and using toner.The EMS mode with the red light is great for massaging and feels nice with the use of serum, although I have yet to try it with face masks.It's a small and compact face tool, but powerful and gentle at the same time. The vibration isn't too intense and only starts when it comes in contact with the skin. While I cannot say for sure if it firms my skin, I do feel like it gets my blood circulating and I feel refreshed after each use. Overall, I really enjoy using this device for its massage and cleaning benefits, and I'm excited to see if I notice any changes in my neck appearance or wrinkles with continued use.
