I was a Dr. Marty fan, initially buying the food for a dog who has now passed. "Macey" loved Dr. Marty's food and turned into a puppy again once I upgraded to Dr. Marty's food. I highly recommend the food and always have. The problem today is that my new dog won't touch it, likely because he hates liver. Nevertheless, the food is guaranteed--and no where does it state NO REFUNDS. The site makes it impossible to solve the problem in any way, leaving a customer to click every link available to no satisfaction. Also, paying $50 to try a product carries too much risk. A sample should be available if refunds are an unacceptable company policy.
