Huffy.. Rock It 20 Boys Bike

If I could give this bike 10 stars I would. This is an excellent bike for the price and made by Huffy which is what I had when I was 7 years old....(the 70's). This company is still going strong with making excellent quality bikes for kids and adults. Do not waste your money on those other brands like royal baby and Mongoose. I bought a Mongoose and had to return it because of a bent back wheel and faulty chain. I found this and bought it and I am completely satisfied with the ease of assembly and great quality of the bike. No defects and rides beautifully. Great safe bike for kids and adults. A+ all the way on Huffy bikes.

So, I'm a cheap skate. Daughter was ready to ride without training wheels, and I wanted the largest wheel she could handle so she could keep up with us on the trail and also so we don't have to buy multiple intermediate sizes. Also, she has 3 younger brothers...so no pink bikes with streamers. The bar is about 1-2 inches too tall...so yeah, totally nailed it on the saving money thing on a bike she'll ride for years. After a few days of practice, she can get on and off without getting banged up, and she's cruising up and down the street. She did a 3 mile ride with me a week after being on two wheels. This bike was attractive because it was the same style I learned to ride on, bmx with no handle brakes to cause her to go over the handle bars in don't downhill.

This is a nice bike and generally seems good quality but it came without the bolt to hold the seat on. While it's not a big deal and I bought one for $2, it's still an annoyance. The box had a hole in it so I'm assuming it fell out during shipping.

The bike was sturdy and easy to assemble. My nine year old loved it! However, the bike we received did not come with pedals!!!! I have emailed the seller and am waiting for a response. Searching for bike pedals on Christmas Eve was quite an experience.

Bought as a Christmas gift for my almost 8 year old grandson. Shipping, assembly are fast. My grandson loves his new bike!
