So much nicer than ordinary peas
When I go to France, I always bring back loads of these peas because they are so tasty - so much tastier than peas made here. These are canned here, I believe, but the peas come from France. I absolutely love them and will never go back to British peas. Sweet and delicious.

The product quality is outstanding. Exactly what I needed for my work.
Drain and keep the brine. In a saucepan, fry a chopped onion, a chopped carrot and 2 cloves of garlic. Add some chopped lettuce and the brine, reduce for several minutes. Add the garden peas and re-heat without boiling.
