Found My Holy Grail Face Powder
I don't usually go for fancy packaged face powders because it is just a setting powder but lately, powders haven't felt right on my mature skin. They felt drying and just a added extra layer. Was there a powder that could set my concealer and still not look drying?Yes! I admit for the price I had thought about purchasing for a long time! I decided to gift myself this time, great excuse. This is a talc-free powder. I have nothing against talc but finding a talc-free formulation is pretty rare and not to mention hard to find.I bought mine in Mist which is a translucent one for all skin tones. It doesn't white out the skin at all, it diffuses it. It you want to blur your mature skin or your pores, this is the one to go for. If you want to set it without looking dry, this will do it. And, if you want to stop the oiliness, this one will work thanks to the silica. It will absorb any oiliness without it looking like it is settling on the skin. For those who have mature skin like me, this doesn't feel drying at all, in fact, you can't even feel this powder on the skin. I use very little compared to other regular face powders, somehow a subtle pat on the face is much more effective than just saturating the puff with so much powder. Start out with a little and pat lightly, if you need more then, apply another layer. As others mentioned, you have to turn the lid to open the case which I find great if you want to keep this in your purse. There is absolutely no spillage. The puff itself is soft yet firm enough to pat the powder into the skin.I can't use any other powder, I found my holy grail! However, I think I want to try the other colors too!Ingredients03 Mist: Translucent MatteMica, Silica, Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate, Dimethicone, Triethoxycaprylylsilane, Ethylene/Methacrylate Copolymer, Ganoderma Lucidum Extract, Lauroyl Lysine, Pearl Powder, Silk Powder, Hyaluronic Acid, Amodimethicone, Ampelopsis Japonica Extract, Atractyloides Macrocephala Root Extract, Bletilla Striata Root Extract, Camellia Japonica Flower Extract, Jasminum Sambac Extract, Dimethiconol Stearate, Ethylhexylglycerin, 1, 2-Hexanediol, Caprylyl Glycol, Glyceryl Caprylate, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Butylene Glycol, Calcium Carbonate, Silica Silylate, Aqua/Water, Tin Oxide,(+/-)Titanium Dioxide(CI 77891)

Best compact setting powder ever
I tried different powders, but I love this one the most. It applies nicely, makes skin texture look soft and does not cling onto dry spots. I got the dewy finish one so it has oil control without making your face look too matte. It has a very natural and soft finish. Easy to apply on the go/for oil touch ups when out and about because it comes with its own puff. The packaging is beautiful. I am usually very picky but I highly recommend this one. However I have pale skin so I am not sure if it would leave a white finish on people with darker skin tones.

Amazing loose setting powder
This is a beautiful setting powder. I couldn't figure out how to open it lol. I was trying to lift up like a regular compact but don't do that. You twist the top just a little. The powder itself is so finely milled it feels like silk. And it most definitely blurs your skin. It really gives that airbrushed look. Or like you've used a filter when you take a picture. It is a little expensive. But what isn't these days. The puff that comes with it is so thick and soft and it doesn't absorb your powder. It all comes off where you put it on. Perfect for under the eyes. I was sent the wrong one. But that was my fault. They both are the same powder but the one I thought I ordered was from the Collection Of Dai. The only difference is the one I wanted is more ornately decorated. It's beautiful and it goes with the rest of my collection. This is the Porch Window version ( still beautiful). You won't regret this purchase. I also suggest you check out the Florasis website. Shipping wasn't nearly as long as they said it would be. Get it. You won't regret it.

Very dry
I can feel the dryness right after I put it on.

Convenient and lightweight
I got this to carry around instead of having a pressed powder that always breaks. It was a super good idea -- I like the twist-and-turn opening mechanism and the convenience of the puff. The powder is finely-milled and lightweight as well, and does a great job of keeping my skin matte. I've used this compact both to set my foundation and for touch-ups and it works really well for everything.
