The straps could be better (more comfortable), but for the low price point it does it's job. You have some selectable levels (0,1,2, and 3) to help yourself get used to wearing it. It utilizes a hard plastic "fan blade" to reduce the amount of incoming and outgoing air.

Works pretty good and as advertised mine is slightly coming undone which is the only reason this isn't a 5 star because still kinda falling apart it works just fine

it’s a good thing too use but it’s very fragile

Doesn’t fit to face very well, as far as training goes the little wheel adjustment that lets in air really doesn’t do much at all, there is no point to wearing this as every time I breath I just suck air right up through the slits in the mask. Even on expert setting it’s not effective at all:

The product was functional before it broke after the second use. would have preferd a little more of the elivation style training not just air restriction.

It lasted about two months, but I worked out with it at least three days a week. It's lightweight and comfortable, at least before the velcro part starts to wear. Anyway, it's good for its price. If you need something you will use a lot or something for hard workouts/exercise, get something more expensive. Most of the time, you get what you pay for. But if you want something you won't use much or you want something temporary, this is a good sports mask. It'll last as long as you treat it well. Just be prepared to buy another sports mask when this one 'breathes its last'.
