Been looking for a mouth guard to wear at night to stop grinding my teeth! Lots are very expensive and didn’t want to waste money on something uncomfy !! This was on offer so purchased and it’s easy to mould to shape ,comes with 2 small and 2 large guards and a tray to keep it in after cleaningCan be cut to size too so a real bargain and can actually sleep with it in !!Very pleased with this product

Awful. Ruined two trying to mould as rapidly become soft and fold in upon themselves. When I eventually managed to get a small one moulded it felt really thick and I done nothing but gag. Definitely couldn’t sleep with one in for gagging and fear of choking. May as well have put my money straight in bin!

Easy to use

It was a surprise when during a dental check-up that my dentist asked me if I knew I was grinding my teeth. She said that there was obvious enamel damage starting to appear. I was unaware, but when I thought about it I did recall clenching my jaw now and again while watching TV. The more I thought about it the more I noticed I was doing it. The bite guard recommendation from my dentist was £100 for a thin, transparent and horseshoe shaped dental night guard, including two appointments, one for an impression of the teeth and the second for adjustments and fitting. At the end of all this, my ‘treatment estimate’ stated that this treatment will not stop the habit of grinding or clenching, and in rare cases may reinforce the habit! Why would I want to spend £100, plus travel time and costs, to try something that might not work? So I turned to Amazon for a less expensive option to try and was pleased to find Dendawen dental guards for a fraction of the price … and they would be delivered next day direct to my front door. The packet contained four guards, two large two small. I immediately prepared a large/adult guard. So easy to mold to my own jaw impression; an exceptionally good fit. I’ve had two nights with the guard so far. It’s comfortable, unobtrusive and I’ve had a couple of good night’s sleep. All the signs are good. I'm very pleased with the product. I know it’s early days but already I have no hesitation to recommend this tooth guard. Maybe I’ll start using the guard while watching TV!Moving on .... I've used the dental guard now for 4 weeks. All that I said above still stands. But one added bonus ... my wife claims it has reduced my snoring by 98% ... she is also very pleased with the product.

This product is good value for money and it works at preventing grinding, but I struggled to mould the mouthguard to my teeth despite following the instructions so it slips down easily.

wanted a mouth guard to stop biting my lip while sleeping. it was a bit tricky getting it from hot water ( think i had it too hot) as the plastic was starting to mis shape, put it straight in and moulded to get the shape of teeth. I think I could have got it better, but it worked ok and there are 3 more to use. also a plastic box to keep the guard in when not in use. good value for what it is and arrived on time.

This was easy to mold to my teeth and has been working great, very comfortable can sleep without any concern. Also dramatically cheaper than one from the dentist.
