Good nutrition for a decent price
So I get about 3 meals out of one of these, for $2 or so a meal. It gives me lots of energy, so it helps me on days when I need to exercise a lot, but can't just eat beans and rice.Some of the edamame in it (about 1/10th of them in the bag) are brown and shriveled and taste like they've gone bad, and I do wish all of them were good quality. So I took off a star because food of that quality is not supposed to be sold, but since it was only 1/10th of the edamame in the pouch, I would still certainly buy it again. I threw away the brown shriveled ones, after trying two and discovering that they had a very different flavor from the other ones in the bag.

Great for snack or on salads
I can only find the salad topper at one store locally. Order from Amazon save time. It’s taste great for a quick snack and very tasty on my salads
