The SakAlameda Crossbody in Leather

I LOVE my The Sak Alameda Crossbody handbag!! I actually purchased this quite awhile ago but am still using my bag and it is basically in the same condition as when I first purchased it. The Sak does make good products and I am so happy with my purchase! I didn't want a bag that was too small nor too big and this one is just in between -- perfect!!! If I need to purchase a new handbag, I hope they have this one in stock still. I also LOVE the color!!

I bought the “mohagany” color. It is a replacement for a 4 year old Sak bag. It’s the closest replica I could find online, and it is brown. I’m so glad, even though mine was what Sak calls tobacco. I love the strap, leather backed by fabric, just like I had. I hope it holds up as great as my last one!!!

The purse is nice, however the strap is a bit short to be considered a crossbody (as advertised) purse.

I actually really like the bag except for a terrible odor inside. I am airing it out hoping that will help. The shape and size is just what I was wanting. Just don't woe if the odor will go away.

Based on past good experiences with Amazon Resale, I ordered this purse with confidence. On initial inspection it appeared to be in perfect condition, however, on the first use I noticed a long laceration that appears to have been created with scalpel-like precision. The laceration is only noticeable when the purse is flexed as illustrated by the photos. Because flexion is a normal part of use and the defect creates a weak spot which I expect to worsen over time, I arranged a return.The purse itself is a 5 star purse and the ease of return to Amazon is why I am still going to give this purse and purchase experience 5 stars.
