**Edit** I've left my original review as that relates to the product. My update relates to the company. It clears states on the listing that returns are free. And they are as long as you have a printer! Otherwise you have to pay for an expensive tracked royal mail return with no reimbursement. I contacted the company to find a resolution but they failed to reply after stating it was my responsibility. This to me is a misleading listing and so I've lowered my star review accordingly.**original review** The quality of this hat is clear to the touch. It's beautifully made and looks exactly as expected from the pictures. It was just what I was looking for. Alas its just too big, its really only for large heads, so I will be returning.
