Work great and look great but won't charge when plugged in inhad.to put.normal batteries in it and just change them

I absolutely love the ease of these. The light is extremely helpful and they work great. Very light weight.

I have coarse Celtic sea salt. The grinder runs but it would literally take five minutes to salt my food.I tried it on the fine setting and the course setting with the same result. I don't know if it is because the salt is to big (way smaller than pepper corns) or if the sea salt is moist Or if it's just defective. Will try the paper when it arrives. I will try to dry the salt a little as well and see how that works. Stay tuned for update.3/20/23. UpdatePeppercorn arrived and the grinder works just fine.I am going to dry out my moist sea salt and see if it will work better... Stay tuned.Just to let you know the company did contact me and suggested I turn the grinder and run it upside down for a while to see if maybe it would come unclogged. That didn't work. I also actually took out the litter grinder from the bottom, cleaned it all up and put it back together but it just clogged again.The company seems to agree it is the moist salt(Fancy stuff from France) so that's why I'm putting it in the dehumidifier for an hour or so at the lowest temperature. Oh and I removed the batteries first so as not to damage themStay tuned for update....3/24/23So now the salt is dry and it comes out much better. The only down side is since it is so dry it only comes out in fine particle, can't get coarse salt because the salt itself just falls apart..So my conclusion is:. The grinders work good. Basically the moist salt is the problem.The companies customer service is EXCELLENT!Upgraded to four stars!

Absolutely loved these grinders, but after 3 1/2 months, the charging base stopped working. I can't seem to find just the charging base without buying a whole new set.Update: After my initial review, the company reached out to me and were absolutely wonderful. They sent me a whole new set without me having to ask. So many companies just don't care anymore, but this one does, and I for one greatly appreciate them.

This set is very convenient and easy to use. Would have liked a little bit bigger resoivir for the salt and pepper but it is more than sufficient for the average family. Good price

I replaced some really good, but worn out grinders with these. I absolutely love them!! They look nice, are strong when grinding and adjustable. If you like grinded salt and pepper, tey these out! No need to keep changing batteries. Love em

I'll start out with it arrived one day early with no damage and was well pcked. I love this all I have to do is press a button and I have the salt or pepper on my food. It is so much easier to use with my arthritic hands it came with 4 rechargeable batteries too. I would recommend to friends that they should buy a set. I will certainly buy this again if I need too

These look great sitting on the counter and the battery is long lasting. Purchased two months ago and haven’t charged once yet. Love that you can set the grind level on both and despite looking small they both store a good amount of product.

So much better than using a manual grinder. Makes cooking way more fun!

Great product! Have had these for a few months and only charged twice so far. I have arthritis in my hands and these are great to use.
