Not waterproof...
The battery base is on the bottom, the solar panel is on the back, we had heavy rains and I didn't think to bring it in, the water got in the battery and filled up some of the hollow part of base. I took it all apart drained and dried, replaced batteries and it does work again. So that's good, but I would like to see this be waterproofed/siliconed or different design for battery placement. Otherwise, love it!

Well Presented
We weren't sure this budda would fit the bill but once it was received and put in place we were very pleasantly impressed. Quality construction and looks authentic!
