I used them in making a tea, so i boiled them in water, strained them. I also put them in finished fermented kombucha to give the kombucha a flavour.

I used them in home made kombucha and home made tea. If i remember right they are supposed to be good for heart health. I added to komhucha once it was bottled with various other berries or i put some in a pan over night with water and then next day brought to boil, simmered and drank has a tea. Hope this helps
