Kupilka, Earthen Large Mug, Unisex-Adult, Standard

Brought as I wanted a bigger cup of coffee after having the original Kupilka 21.Nice capacity and even able to use in the house with my coffee machine which is a definite bonus.

The Kupilka mug is perfect for my wild camping trips. Lightweight and durable and great for coffee, wine and soup! I never go out camping without it! 👍

I was curious as to the composition of the plastic for these cups, especially since its being used for hot waterAfter a little research it turns out the substance used to make these cups is a trademarked material called Kareline,its essentially a composite of plastic and wood pulp, but after looking into it, it turns out the plastic used is PLA which is created from corn startch and other plant based startches, and the wood pulp is made from plant based celluose.so not only is this BPA free and completly non toxic its also biodegradable and somehow also very sturdy and can withstand hot drinks. i love the look and style, the feel is something like bakelitei really like it. would highly reccomend to those trying to capture that old school look

I use the cup at home for herbal teas and also when I travel. It doesn’t get too hot to hold and also does not affect the taste of anything I drink. I’m very happy with it

I carve wood and have made my own kuksa cups, but they are not big enough to use daily, but these Kupilka cups are the same size as a mug, and the bonus is that in my motorhome I can be safe in the knowledge that they won't break if I drop them. Also being a wood/resin compound, they keep the tea and coffee hot for longer.The perfect companion for camping, hiking, picnic or use at home.
