It fits to the width of my 44m iWatch. Then it narrows to about 3/4" for the rest of it.

They are pretty long. They can easily fit a range of wrist sizes because of the multiple holes that can be used.

Should fit fine. I have a 38mm 3rd gen and it's perfect.

It should work for slim wrists. The end of the strap goes under the band so it should work well. You might have to trim the end a little.
