I’ve been having cracked, dry lips. So I’ve tried everything including balms with spf, aloe, lip serums, lip exfoliator and lip masks. This balm has lasting power. Usually with regular balms, I’d feel more dry after a few hours. This one goes on with a glassy effect and keeps the hydration going. So I like it! And I will be trying more from this brand. 😊

This is one of those products that I’ll be buying for the rest of my lifetime! The smell is amazing, it last a really long time and a small amount goes a long way

As one who always has something on their lips, from lipstick to some sort of lip balm, I've come to realize that there are many different types and qualities out there. When my lips are especially bothersome, this is the type that I love using. You squeeze out only a tiny bit that you then rub between your lips. Once done, it feels incredibly moist and soothing. Especially effective and healing on dry and chapped lips. There's no color, but it will make your lips appear glossy for a little while. As it slowly sinks deep inside of the skin on your lips, it heals and hydrates just the way you want it to. Lasts for a good while too and does not dry out your lips like the cheap ones do. Oh, no. This is high end.It also has a delicious light mint taste. A good quality mint. Not too much, but what's there is very pleasant.An excellent lip balm for all, from women to men, and adults to children.

I really love this product and it’ll probably be my new go to lip treatment. So many of the lip moisturizers I’ve used recently work temporarily and then make my lips ten times more dry the following day. This was actually super nourishing and my lips were still softer the following day. The container is a little odd, as it squeezes out of a small hole and you really have to apply it using your finger, which is honestly probably for the best in terms of bacteria and such. I really don’t mind it but it feels worth noting for people who want the most simple application possible. Smells and tastes minty, though not overpowering. I did actually notice that my lips looked plumper, and they also appeared a little darker when using this, though I’m not entirely sure that’s an intended effect or specifically my reaction to whatever the plumping agent is. I’d definitely consider this more of a lip gloss than a lip balm, but it looks great and isn’t overly shiny or thick. Would definitely recommend! My lips are chronically dry and this has helped so much!

Average, overall. I wanted to love it way more than I do. I have tried other Blue Lagoon products (facial treatments), but this was my first time trying the balm. All in all, I like it ok, but I wouldn't reorder.- First, I don't like that I have to apply it with a fingertip - I don't always trust that my hands remain immaculately clean throughout the day, so I'd rather have a more lip-friendly applicator so I can apply my lip balm anywhere, anytime, without having to be able to thoroughly wash my hands first.- Second, while it's hydrating, it feels exactly like I just rubbed old school Vaseline out of jar and on my finger and rubbed that on my lips. It just sits on my lips until it rubs off, it doesn't feel like it absorbs or hydrates any more than superficially. But it costs way, way more than Vaseline at its current price of $83 per ounce!- Third, it doesn't have a scent or flavor or tint - again, like Vaseline.- Fourth, it's not even made in Iceland - it's made in Denmark. Given the branding, I'd like this better if it were actually made locally in Iceland.- Finally, what I like the most is that it is said to contain "blue lagoon microalgae" sustainably sourced from Iceland - I can't tell if it does, or what benefit that gives me, but that sounds like something that at least might make this a bit unique. Again, it doesn't seem to give me any noticeable improvement beyond Vaseline, but hopefully this addition makes this worth its $25 price tag.

Works great. Best item I have found for my lips. Be cautious if storing in slightly warmer environment however as will continue to come out even without pressure.

I've been using the standard waxy stuff in a tube for years, but it never feels moisturizing, and I wind up licking my lips a lot which only makes them feel more chapped. This lip balm is totally different! I only need to apply a tiny amount with my fingertip, and it brings immediate relief to my parched lips. It has the consistency of Vaseline and coats like it too, but the taste is nothing like that. It has a light minty taste and feels very soothing and moisturizing. I don't have the urge to lick my lips much at all when wearing it, and it lasts a long time. It wants to come out of the aluminum tube without me having to squeeze it though, so don't apply much pressure or you'll get more than you need. Yes, it's expensive, but well worth paying the price for the results in my opinion!
