Capsules should be taken with a liquid otherwise they are difficult to swallow.Turmeric is a well known anti-inflammatory and I find it helps my arthritic jointsIt also has a good effect on brain functioning and I'm sure I think more clearly after taking these Turmeric capsules.

Unsure if this is doing what it’s supposed to do, but here’s hoping!

These capsules come in a fairly standard white plastic bottle; they are relatively small, easy to swallow, and have no significant odour or taste. I take them with food, as directed. I cannot personally comment yet on their effectiveness but I have read the scientific evidence for taking curcumin and it is good enough for me (examine.com is a good source of impartial reviews of medical evidence). The formulation with black pepper extract is particularly effective. Turmeric often gives the breath or skin an odour when eaten in curries, but I have not noticed that with these capsules. I will see how things go as I work my way through the bottle!

I have tried other brands but this one is the only one where the capsules smell and taste like freshly grated turmeric.
