I’m so glad I kept searching through all the cheaply made inflatable traction devices and finally found this one.Its quality of construction is well thought out and impressive (I’m a designer and not easily impressed).Most importantly, it works perfectly and I have confidence it will last.It feels like a piece of premium medical equipment rather than a cheap toy like most of the others on Amazon. It could easily sell for double or triple the price.I used a very expensive Pronex cervical traction device (Rx required) for years (that eventually broke) and this is EVEN BETTER.It’s the only one on Amazon of this type that’s designed to fit properly, due to the graduated sizes of its inflatable pillows. Because of the intelligent design, my head feels like its in a comfortable, natural position when it’s inflated. Plus, the chin strap on this one makes it even more effective.If you doubt this is the one for you, check out all the photos of the other ones on Amazon in use (LOL!) and how clumsily they squeeze the sides of the cheeks instead of lifting under the head. (This is because all the pillows on those junk versions are the same size.)Your search has ended. Get it!

This brace fits better than the other brand I tried but the pump is removable and a bit hard to use. Overall still a better product...

I have traction once a week. My LMT suggested I buy something like this. I’m not exactly sure if I’m using it right because it hurts badly. Might be my neck instead of the product. But the plastic pump piece falls off repeatedly. Makes it annoying and useless.

I purchased this for two reasons. 1. My profession (in dentistry) plus too much time on my phone cause neck strain and 2. For travel! This makes such a fantastic travel pillow for cars, trains and of course long flights! I have a longer neck and it supports my neck like no other pillow out there plus it’s compact and super light weigh for my backpacking trips! You can inflate it a little if you need a slight support or a LOT of you really need more support. I do have the well known trtl pillow but the plastic inside hurts my shoulder or chin after awhile and I’m constantly readjusting it. If I want to change sides with the trtl support, I have to physically move it to the other side.With this inflatable neck traction, there’s virtually no movement to make, just a very slight head tilt… or not if you inflate it more. This is a travel game changer!*The only downfall I can tell so far is it does make a slight farting sound when inflating but if you pinch that area slightly, it’s not as noticeable.

I have been having some neck pain and stiffness because of improper sleep so I thought I'd give this a try. Honestly, this product might provide relief to some but I personally found using this product to be very awkward. As you inflate the product it expands and puts press on your jaw and your face cheeks. Also, it lifts up your ears or you can adjust it so your ears are inside but it can be uncomfortable. I wanted to use this and get some relief but I just can't get myself to use it because I a feel so uncomfortable and awkward. It's easy to inflate and the fabric is soft. There is a key which you use to deflate the device. Overall, this product might truly help you with neck pain but for me I could not get myself to use this long enough to notice any difference due to awkward positioning.

The Ludwig Katrin is very comfortable to wear and easy to use. It is supporting my head and neck well and has a nice smooth surface feel against my skin. I'm happy with my purchase an will continue to use it to relieve my headaches caused by my neck pain.

The quality feels good. It will last for a while as long as you don't puncture it. Inflating may take a bit of patience and getting use to it if you are not used to these type of devices. It is a brace and not a pillow, but you could probably use it as such.It has a soft material all over, not only on top and will get dirty if you do not clean it every so often. I have not had any irritations and looks like it can fit just about any neck size. I get a plastic like smell during use every so often.I like that you can detach the hose, and maybe replace it in the future? It feels a bit short when attempting to inflate the brace, but then again it would likely be much harder to inflate it. The hose and pump feel of good quality and not like the material that will crack over time.

The larger lower section, and under chin strap totally change the game with this device. It stretches comfortably while supporting your cervical curve with the interior bit that blows up.It is worth every penny.
