Came in a plastic bag, no box
I don't trust the effectiveness or the source nor anything about what they're made of because they were merely put in plastic and sent. They do have a nose wire, though, and the elastic is OK.

MADE IN CHINA not USA as stated!
Clearly stated made in USA- Atlanta to be specific!When I received the box it stated in very small print made in China!!! Sending it back!
