I recently got this fingerprint door lock, and honestly, it's been amazing for my place. The best part? It's got 5 different ways to unlock it. It feels extra secure, especially when I have to let in friends or a dog walker – I just give them a one-time password and delete.And here's the kicker – it works on both power and battery. Good looking face with blacked out screen and cover over the manual lock. Looks sinister and very private. Would have been a very easy and straightforward install had the correct screws been supplied. Other than that, it was a simple task and relatively easy to set up. Quality overall is very good!Enclosed handbook does not cover all the programming ... big push here to download the app and use cell phone to control the functions . Glad I could program it without all that, and just have it work correctly, but had to find instructions online via QR code for the fingerprint feature. Once located, it was a breeze and works great. Great value for money.

They're no easy to reach anyone. There's no number on the install instructions , website or even here on AMAZON.The usual is easy but the latch and lock body are not turning. Separately all the pieces move correctly and I installed the lock body correctly...UP. IT IS UP. There's no troubleshoot videos to even reference.RETURNING BUT I NOW HAVE A DOOR NOT SECURED. I HAVE TO STAY HOME TILL I FIGURE IT OUT.

I have 2 of these, 1 works fine (with my pass code) but the other I had to send back n the replacement did NOT take a pass code. So I used the key inorder to use the dead bolt, instead of returning it again.

The media could not be loaded.  Really good one. Performing really smooth, never get any troubles. The finger prints really sensitive and quick response. Good connect with my phone. Really easy for installation. Can do one time code also. I wish i bought it earlier because from since i bought it i never locked myself outside of the house if i forgot my house’s key.

After the battery change the touch screen stopped working. We can hear the voice saying open/close when you close manually from the inside, but if you try the finger or password it wont lit up anymore. We try resetting it to factory still does not work. Very disappointed

This smart door lock was very easy to install. It fits perfectly to replace your current traditional lock. It requires 4 AA batteries (not included). I really love the fingerprint unlock feature. You can set up the app on the phone and have a full control. On the app you can add multiple users with unique PIN code and fingerprint. It sends alert and notification who used the lock in real time. You can use the app remotely to lock and unlock. This lock has also auto locking future. It’s coming with backup keys.
