I was muscle tested as needing oat seed in capsules. I looked it up on the internet for common usages and was amazed at how many of my needs were covered with this supplement. I looked and looked. Finally I found your product under a different name than "oat seed". It came quickly and has been very good for my constitution none of which had to do with my sex drive. That's just fine ;). Im a woman, mother of 13 and grandmother of 3. It helps with my feelings of overwhelmed, etc. Thx for having this product available.

i wasn't impressed with this product at all. I took it with other things and not much happened. I take tribulus and it works better than this and Lonkat

Although I suffer from acute and chronic insomnia, it seems this product does have somewhat of a calming affect and taking it in the evening seems to make me feel more relaxed, thereby, helping me to fall asleep. Might even help me a bit with my moods, too because when I don't have a good night's rest I am really unfocused and cranky.. Easy to digest with no aftertaste.

This product, made from oat greens, has been helpful for my libido and for some word-retrieval problems I was having. I originally tried it because I had read it could be helpful for reducing sex hormone binding globulin levels. My total testosterone levels are actually high but my free testosterone levels are too low because my SHBG levels are twice normal. Although, symptomatically, avena sativa seems to help, a blood test after a week shows no increase in free testosterone. I'm still taking it because avena sativa has a lot of herbal benefits and for the symptom improvement.
