Looks good but very cheaply made
The look of it's great, BUT it's made very cheaply it's too light and sturdy. The bottom of it theres is some rubber bits covering the screws which looked like no offense to a blind person but they could of done a better job of attaching them onto the product. When a kitchen roll is on it wobbles when you touch it, like the base itself isnt level. Wouldn't recommend purchasing this product if you want quality.

Cheap and cheerful and nice industrial style
I was a little wary of ordering this kitchen towel holder after seeing a few reviews about the poor quality but I thought I'd take the risk. The one I received is not bad quality, and the reclaimed wood (if it is) is in nice condition but you do get what you pay for and the metal ring doesn't properly meet the wood in place around the base so there are gaps. So I completely understand other reviewers comments about this. It's a functional thing, it does the job, it cost under nine pounds and it still looks nice in my new kitchen!

Avoid this item!
I can't believe a manufacturer would think it was OK to send out an item of such poor quality. There is glue visible, scratches on the wood and metal, dirty marks on the wood, it wobbles and does not stand flat on a surface. Wood filler has been used to fill in a large imperfection and it is completely obvious. Probably the worst item I have ever received from shopping online.

Useless
Purchased after reading the fantastic reviews. Unfortunately have to agree with the one reviewer who was not impressed. It is VERY light - it is almost like cork. Had to weigh it to compare to one I eventually bought and it is half the weight. The base is also small such that a jumbo size roll completely covers it and the lovely design is invisible. Very disappointed. Needless to say was promptly returned.

industrial kitchen roll holder
1st off, seen some reviews slating this product because of imperfections. you do understand it's ment to be like that.the clue itself is in the name..... '' industrial kitchenware '' imperfections are part of the design.if you want perfection there are plenty of cheap plastic alternatives out there.nice item and very cheap.

Lightweight, not worth it
To be honest, I’d give it less than one star. For something that says industrial, I would imagine it has a heavy base so as to not fall over when you tear a piece of kitchen roll off, but you’d be wrong.I’ve got the dish drainer and utensil Holder too and they’re great, but this is very disappointingThe base is way too narrow for starters.

Faulty product but wont change
I purchased this product which was faulty. Contacted the supplier to tell them it was faulty and included a picture and asked for it to be changed. Got an email back to say its the right product. Didnt say it wasn't but it is damaged and not fit for purpose as it wobbles. Not happy with the response hence the review. Now paid for a product which I cant use

Poor quality item
Not happy with the quality - think it could be the standard that the seller is putting out rather than kitchencraft itself as I have a few other items from this range which are excellent quality - makes me wonder if this is a genuine kitchencraft product or even a second - I wouldn’t even have given this transaction a one star if I was able to
