Worth the Effort
I was concerned if these would do a good job making holes in porcelain tile. They seem a bit cheap, but they did do a great job cutting holes thru my 7/16” thk tile. I used 10, 25, 30 and 40mm sizes. They for certain can cut at least 3 holes without degradation. I cut the hole in the tile first so I could do it outside with water flushing the cut using a cordless drill. The guide jig seems to be constructed well enough to do the job without breaking the first few times you try to use it. I’ve drilled several holes and all is still in close to new condition. It has more hole saw bits than I’ll ever use. I keep it in the box in which it came to keep it organized and stored

Works like a charm
This thing is well worth the money. It cut through my large format tile

Okay for DIY not for day to day professional use
The bits are not durable. Slow and wet or they don’t last 1 hole. 1/2 the bits don’t work with the guide, which for someone hoping to use it for smaller holes could be disappointing. Suction cups work okay. It works for the price. It worked for one extra tedious install, very expensive tile, we had. If you want something for day to day, Spend more money….

Suction cup does not work
Diamond tips are very good. However, suction cup did not work. Had to hold the guide by hand.

Did the job for drilling tile for grab bats.
Needed a system to accurately create holes for SnapToggle bolts to secure shower grab bars. Hole saw bits without a pilot will jump marring the surrounding area, which in this application would leave exposed scratches potentially. The jig held well to the tile and it was easy to place the bit, and then adjust the jig tight to the bit. I was using a spray bottle to but water on to cool the bit while going through tile, and the suction held long enough to get a good bite into the tile before letting loose because of the water, but then I could continue without the guide to finish the hole. I probably will never need to use this again so the price was right for a one and done need.

Perfect
I DIY'd a counter top the other day at my mom and dad's place and was concerned about how this would work for the sink & faucet holes. It couldn't have been easier. Couple of tips. Clean the counter first to make sure you get good suction. Don't install the tops before you cut the holes. Put everything in place, mark it up, remove and then cut because the faucet holes are likely to be too close to the backsplash for the jig to fit. If you're cutting through 3cm granite, it's probably going to bottom out in the hole saw and you won't be able to cut all the way through. Go as far as you can then get a flat screw drive and pry side to side and pop out. You will have to run the hole cut back through to clean the hole but it's super simple. Phenomenal value for us diy'ers. Not sure its cut out for professional/repetitive use but.. it was perfect for what I needed.

Didnt work well at all
The suction cups did not hold well at all on porcelain tile.I tried drilling using 2 different smaller bits and could not get through a single tile and the diamond was completely worn off the bit rendering it useless.
