Good construction otherwise. Just photo showed that plus cooragated flooring when it is actually smooth.

It's okay a little smaller than I expected. It did fit well for our carry on pet on the airplane though.

Product itself is not too bad. However, all I received was the top and bottom and the metal door. I did not receive the bolts for fastening, or the carrying strap, or the food tray from the picture. And the product didn’t come with a tag, only taped on bar code. Suspecting it’s an returned item. Funny that it says “new item” in Chinese.
