For Yoga, Zumba, the Material is very light.

So no support, material felt horrid against the skin and oh yes it was a good job I tried both of them on as they were 2 different sizes one sat like a crop top the other barely covered my nipples so couldn't really wear it around the house even returned as they were totally rubbish and not fit for purpose

Baggy, loose t shirt cloth that doesn’t provide support. I ordered according to the size chart and is way too big. My daughter is a size up from me and it fits but would not wear without a yoga bra underneath.

Nothing to dislike comfy and washes well would definitely recommend buying
