Sweet Italian sausage seasoning
This worked out really well! Taste is very good! I used in fresh one pound of ground beef, instead of pork. You put your pound of ground meat in a gallon bag, and add 1.5 tablespoons of the seasoning mix. And squish around in bag,(on the outside, so your hands won't get dirty), until mixed really well. I put in the fridge overnite, in same bag, for the pound of beef to absorb flavor. I just made zuppa tuscana, which is an Italian potato soup, and I used the seasoned beef, it turned out really good!

Multi-purpose and reliable
My husband and I started buying this seasoning when we decided to cut back on pork products by making our own turkey and chicken sausage. It's so good that we moved on to other flavors, too (the chorizo seasoning is also amazing, and we have finally figured out how to use the breakfast sausage seasoning...). The hardest part of this is doing the math to figure out how much is needed for whatever quantity of meat you're using -- which is usually just in the 1-2 lb range (for us) most of the time. We've moved away from the trouble of patties or links and started just using it in skillet meals and as a base component in one of my chicken marinades (a couple of tablespoons of this with oil and lemon zest & juice, adding oregano and more sweetness as necessary -- but NO extra salt!!). I love this brand.

Amazing Sausage
This made amazing sausage. Cooked it on the grill and was very tasty.

Could use more fennel and less salt
We're on a whole food, plant-based menu plan, so I was looking to create a recipe with Italian sausage flavor without the meat. This really did the trick! Be sure not to add any more salt! I also added about 1 tablespoon whole fennel that I crushed before adding, along with about 2 tablespoons of the seasoning, to about 1 gallon of soup/stew. I think it would be pretty easy to recreate the seasoning mix, as it appears to be cracked black pepper, fennel, a lot of salt and some sugar. It's not particularly sweet, but it complements a tomato-based soup well.

Delicious!
I bought this seasoning to make wild game sausage. A 50/50 blend of goose breasts and pork shoulder, seasoned according to the directions on the package, produced an excellent sweet Italian sausage that works well in pasta sauce and minestrone. I would definitely use this seasoning again!

Making Plant-Based Sausage
This is a really yummy seasoning, and when mixed with plant-based ground makes for excellent "sausage"! This seasoning is a hit in my house and makes great plant-based "sausage" for spaghetti, pizza topping, and anywhere else you'd use sausage. It's so good! Just go easy, a little goes a LONG way.
