We used it for the first time and are pretty impressed. It has lots of power and does the job well.

This thing is incredibly difficult to clean, leaving you to disassemble it, unscrew portions and cram cloth in there hoping you can get out all the meat remains. Even after a 20 minute cleaning after first use, it still had old, dried meat in areas around it.On second use the mount that spins the grinder cracked, leaving me with a 130 dollar paper weight and waste of money.Update: Seller reached out and has provided a full refund, and offered warranty replacement. Good customer service.

I used my grinder for the first time today and this is also my first venture into grinding my own meat ever. I read some online tips that said to store the grinder parts in the freezer so they're good and cold when you're ready to use them. I also put the meat in the freezer for about 20 mins before grinding. I used an 85/20 mixture of chuck and sirloin and cut them into 1 inch pieces. It took about 30 seconds to grind a little over 2 lbs of meat. It worked perfectly! Nothing got stuck and I found it very easy to clean personally. The burgers tasted great. I could taste the extra flavor from the sirloin. The grinder itself seems very sturdy and well built to me, not cheap or flimsy at all. For my first grinder I wanted a sturdy product with good reviews made with quality materials. I definitely think the Naitesen fits the bill. Comes with everything you need to stuff sausage casings as well as a patty smasher and different size grinders.

Does an excellent job grinding beef & chicken. With 3 different coarseness discs it gives great flexibility to the task. Very easy to assemble and disassemble. Easy to clean. Great company to work with.

I am more than satisfied with this beautiful machine. It looks wonderful on my counter & it made the most perfect sausage I have ever made. It is without a doubt the best purchase I could have made. It is easy to use both for grinding the meat & using the sausage parts. I had a small problem & text the customer service. I couldn't believe I received an answer literally Whitin minutes & the problem was solved to my satisfaction. Not only is this a fantastic machine but the service is OUTSTANDING. I have never had anyone get back to me as fast. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking for a great machine, with fantastic customer service at a great price also. I ordered this grinder for its looks and for the high power rating. Unfortunately, the unit I received did not even turn on straight out of the box. The manual emphasizes that it is not for commercial use. It also warns about overheating. The power rating is greatly exaggerated since 3000 W would require a circuit capable of delivering 27 A, which no home kitchen outlet can. The control button, apart from not being able to turn the machine on, had a flimsy feeling. Overall, it gave me a very bad impression. I returned it and decided to purchase another type of grinder.

I had a problem with the first grinder not working on the second use. The return date had just passed. But after contacting customer service, it was immediately replaced and we were contacted by the company with an apology!!! They stood behind their product and great customer service!!!

We ended up getting this meat grinder because of the deal we got buying try tip end pieces and making ground beef, works great and very easy to clean, it has a reverse feature that helps if something gets clogged when doing tri-tip some of the pieces are more fatty highly recommended
