This works well!
I needed something versatile. Recently moved into an RV and if you know anything about them, the oven is good for a cookie tray. I’ve tried a number of meals, so far everything has come out as expected. A 10 lb Turkey, enchiladas etc. I will try it as a slow cooker next. Quite impressed.My main goal was to make bread. I went through the process, my 5 qt enameled Dutch Oven fit inside the 18 qt Nesco without any issues.I was able to preheat the cooker with the Dutch oven inside before I added the bread dough. As you can see from the picture the bread looks great. Just like it was baked in a regular oven. Can’t wait to try it.

a good product
This product worked well. The only thing is that the rack was so close to the bottom that there was a concern. The older version of this product (about 15 years ago) had a rack that sat up higher.

Buen producto se ha usado solo una vez y todo bien, tengo otra olla nesco con aprox 10 años y Duran bastante espero y esta no decepcione
