Non returnable item
I ordered a size Large (L) as my waist is 35. This does not fit as expected. Too tight for me, The next size would have suited me , unfortunately, this item is not returnable and hence a wasted purchase. The material is thin and I don't think it is water resistant. No draw strings. Length not reaching up to knee. Only a shorts length...

Defective Elastic
Very important to note that this item is not returnable. Whether you use it or not and whether the item is defective, you still have to keep it.I received one with defective elastic. The color is exactly as shown in the pic though.
